Dropbox means that you can work from anywhere and access your files. To access the file, all you need to do is click on the Dropbox icon and select the file.

Dropbox is great for small business. It offers a solution that can even be free. You can create an account for free and upload up to 2GB of files. This is plenty for many small businesses.
