If Yellowpages doesn't bother distributing their product properly, what chance does the advertiser have of getting any valuable return on their investment?
None, it seems - proven by the increase in vacancies in the edition. The book has now resorted to filling the blank spaces with filler, that's right. Grey lines! You'd think they could at least enlarge everyone's listing to help in filling the voids.
